Description
Solid top Parlour designed by American luthier Abraham Wechter specifically for “Nashville” tuning
Low E, A, D & G are each strung with the upper octave string from a 12-string set
B & High E are strung and tuned as per a normal 6-string
The resulting tone & timbre is a delicate, bright sound which cuts through the mix and blends seamlessly with other guitars in regular tuning.
The sound is often likened to that of a harpsichord or celeste and makes for an astonishing recording instrument, ideal for adding sparkle and layering to guitar tracks.
