Lightweight for a Standard, this example is all stock, no mods: it features the specifications of the period including a strat style ribcage contour and the added bonus of stock Custom Shop pickups: a Broadcaster in the bridge and Twisted Tele at the neck – a slightly hotter yet dynamic combination that has since become a go-to set in many, much more expensive Fender telecasters.
